Qube Learning have an exciting new opportunity to join our Data Team at our Head Office in Milton Park.

Qube Learning are a Training Provider graded Good by Ofsted, who offer Apprenticeships, Traineeships, eLearning and classroom based courses. 

The Data Team manage all of the administrative processes involved in delivering these courses, from enrolling new students all the way through to issuing them their certificates.  This covers a number of different activities and involves working with colleagues across all departments within Qube, liaising with our customers, managing information across multiple systems and sometimes communicating directly with students. 

The Data Team is a fast paced environment where no two days are the same as the variety of tasks covered means there is always something new to do. 

To be a successful Data Administrator you will need excellent data entry skills, be able to pick up and understand rules and regulations, work on a number of different tasks in a short period of time, work to tight deadlines, have an eye for detail and have very high standards of accuracy. 

The majority of Qube’s courses are government funded, so accurate data and understanding the various different set of rules for each course is of paramount importance. 

There is also the potential to complete your own Business Administration Apprenticeship!

Key skills required

  • Able to learn and understand a variety of different IT packages (full training given)
  • Able to understand rules and regulations and learn which courses they apply to
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Plan and organise work and set priorities
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to work and build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Work cooperatively with others
  • Able to review other colleague’s work and provide effective feedback
  • Work on a variety of different projects outside of regular day-to-day duties


The ideal candidate will be able to effectively use Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Outlook, Word, and be confident learning how to use a range of different packages. We are looking for a strong communicator with an eye for detail and good team-working skills. Knowledge of Apprenticeships or other vocational learning is not a requirement but would be beneficial.  Full training will be given on all aspects of the role.
