Person Assistant - 1 Year FTC 

The Role

We are looking for an exceptionally well organised person who is always thinking ahead to cover maternity leave.


  • Email management support
  • Meeting Room and travel requests for Exec Team
  • Diary management for Exec team
  • Ad Hoc admin support for Exec team
  • Agenda creation
  • Field external calls for Exec team
  • Welcoming visitors to the office

The person:

  • • Competent Microsoft Office user; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • • Effective communication skills; verbal and written
  • • Previous experience as a PA or similar
  • • Project management skills
  • • Ability to work under pressure and own initiative
  • • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • • Minimum GCSE grade C in English and maths or equivalent
  • • Flexible approach
  • • Car driver with access to a car for business use; prepared to travel for meetings and events
