This role specialises in the delivery of Level 5 Operations Departmental Manager and Team Leader Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeships.

The students will be a mixture of group, 121 and remote delivery. This is a home based role with regular regional travel to students places of work. 

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver outstanding quality teaching, you will include the use of innovative blended learning. Implementing the effective use of digital resources and optimise teaching, learning and assessment. 
Building on your existing strengths, you will champion improvements in quality and innovation, in order that we can meet and exceed demands in an ever-changing industry.

You will have an occupational background at Management level as well as experience in a assessing apprenticeships.

You will be expected to attain high standards of quality and performance at all times and lead by example of this practice to others. 

Essential:

• Qualified as a Tutor/Assessor - A1/TAQA/CAVA or equivalent 
• Evidence of high quality teaching
• Occupational background in Management
• Continuous professional development 
• ICT literate, knowledge of Microsoft packages, e-products, digital learning and webinar based technologies
• Excellent communication skills
