Operations Manager - Work based learning

Location:  We are looking for people who live in or around Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Buckinghamshire.  The role is home based with regional travel.

About the role:

The role is to manage and develop our Business Services Tutors to deliver outstanding levels of operational excellence, quality, compliance and teaching & learning, from induction to End-Point Assessment (EPA).

You will be overseeing the delivery of Business Services Apprenticeships including Retail, Customer Services, Business Administration, Team Leader Supervisor, Facilities and Supply Chain / Logistics qualifications.

You will ensure that all teaching & learning based activities meet the needs of the student and employer, as well as external and internal quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Work Based Learning Operations Manager (experience of managing Tutor/Assessors)
  • Experience and knowledge within the work based learning sector
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • UK Driving Licence and access to a car with business cover
  • Assessing Qualification (A1/PTLLS/TAQA/CAVA) 
  • V1/EPA qualification desirable
  • Experience within Retail Management, Business Management or Facilities Management is desirable but not essential
